The event kicked off with a brilliant talk by Steven Gillmann and Laurane Mesnier, who shared how their team introduced triads to foster better collaboration, reduce misalignment, and improve prioritization through a system tailored to their needs. A thoughtful and practical approach that sparked a lot of ideas for me.💡
Later, ✨ Büşra Coşkuner led a powerful session on Impact Mapping, a great reminder of how strategic alignment drives business success by helping teams build products that customers truly love and are willing to pay for. Also, some interesting trees 🌳 that guide us to build the right thing!, not just anything.
