🧠 We’re evolving. Here’s what’s next for our community Circle app
Over the past year, we’ve seen community take many forms. LinkedIn excels at sharing knowledge and visibility, while in-person conversations and one-on-one chats create deeper, more meaningful connections.
Curating a strong online community takes time and resources, so we’ve decided to focus on what we do best: creating high-quality, in-person experiences through our monthly events and our upcoming conference. After much reflection, we’ve made the decision to sunset our community app at the end of May.
Here’s what we’ll focus on moving forward:

Our 2025 conference, designed to inspire and connect
Substack, WhatsApp, Luma, and LinkedIn as our main platforms for content, updates, and event news
Thank you for being part of this journey. This is simply the next step, and we’re excited to keep learning and growing with you—in new and better ways.

Our flagship event is on September 17 and 18. We have selected two new speakers for the AI track and the Productivity track. Welcome ✨ Mirza Besirovic (Zendesk), who will share insights on how to take Human in the Loop: PMs in the Agentic Era, while 👩🔬Liza Mello (Sumup) will focus on her experience and the results of promoting a CS agent to a Product Specialist role in her talk.
