Couldn't agree more. Your insights connecting Marty's work to AI's impact on Europe's process issues are genuinly wonderful to read. How do you see the outcome-focused model adapting as AI keeps redefining what's possible in product development?

Great question! In my view, the core principles of the product model will remain stable; what's changing is how teams and leaders apply these principles tactically.

AI will change the "how" across the product development lifecycle: strategic context (I wrote about this in my previous article: https://newsletter.productlab.app/p/strategic-context-in-the-ai-era), research, discovery, delivery, and analytics.

But these are tactics and techniques.

The product model itself will continue to be about:

- The culture and mindset toward building products

- How product strategy is set

- How teams use discovery to find the right solutions

- How teams use delivery to launch reliable solutions at scale
