#77: Call for Speaker reflections & PMM Meetup
PM news, expert insights, Community and Conference updates, open roles, and events to help you grow your career and network.
🎤 The talks are coming in — and they’re all over the place
Speaker applications are open and we’re already seeing the full spectrum. Proposals on how AI is reshaping the product role, what it means to ship fast in a startup vs. navigate a corporate org, where the PM ends and the engineer begins.
And then there are the others. The copy-paste decks. The talks that feel like they were written for a different conference three years ago. We’re not naming names.
We’re not here to judge. Every community gets this mix, and honestly it tells you something about where the conversation is right now: everyone has something to say about AI and product, but not everyone has earned the story yet.
What we do want to call out: the applications that came with a video. Unscripted, honest, a bit rough around the edges. You told us what you learned, what failed, what you’d do differently. That’s exactly what we built Productlab for.
Applications are open until end of March. We’ve barely scratched the surface and it already feels like something worth showing up for.
🍺 PMM in the Age of Agentic AI: Get Early or Get Left Behind?
Thanks Vladimir Liashenko for the brilliant idea, and help us out, a new Produclab Community Builder? 👀

Agency is the new UI. The winners won't be those who write the best prompts, but those who know how to delegate cognition to the right systems. Buckle up, it’s getting autonomous in here.
We’re moving past “prompting” and entering the era of “agency.” In this episode of HBR IdeaCast, Don Tapscott explains how AI is shifting from a content generator to a proactive force, what he calls Agentic AI. It’s no longer about asking the right questions; it’s about delegating complex decision-making to autonomous agents that act on your behalf. This isn’t sci-fi, it’s the new architecture of the firm.
Designing the UI is now the last step, not the first. Google’s new “Ideate Agent” in Stitch is kicking off the era of Deep Design, where AI agents handle the heavy lifting of competitive research and UX exploration before you even touch Figma. From turning messy user interview transcripts into polished prototypes to analyzing real-time 2026 SaaS trends, this is how product teams are moving from “How might we?” to tangible assets in minutes. Agentic AI is easy to demo, but notoriously hard to ship. Product Talk goes behind the scenes with 9 product teams to reveal the “unsexy” side of building autonomous agents, like why structured code often beats trendy AI tools and how to handle agents that refuse to admit they’re lost. If you’re moving beyond simple chatbots and building multi-agent workflows, these hard-earned lessons on evaluation and “domain-driven” agency are essential reading.

✨ Something we want to support!
From our friend and Community member, Richard Pölderl. We are so excited to see an event with 11 Labs and the potential to get some of their PM here in Berlin to share how they build. 💚
