✨This wasn’t just a conference. It was 250+ people saying ‘yes’ to something bigger.
What We Captured
Stefan Ostwald didn’t just give a keynote about AI - he painted a picture of PMs as architects of the future. The energy in that room was electric.
But the AI conversation didn’t stop there. Francesca Cortesi masterfully moderated the “Making the AI Leap” panel on the ProductLab Stage, where we heard from some of the smartest minds tackling AI implementation. The combination of Stefan’s visionary keynote with the practical insights from Pranav, Mirza, and the panel created this perfect storm of inspiration and actionability.
But the real magic happened between sessions. In the hallways. During lunch. At the evening networking.
I caught glimpses of:
A PM from Amsterdam explaining her growth strategy to someone from Munich
People still buzzing about Pranav and Mirza’s AI insights from the panel during coffee breaks
Three different people asking Florian Bonnet about his data frameworks during lunch
Workshop groups that kept talking through lunch because they weren’t done solving problems
Francesca’s follow-up conversations about AI implementation continuing in the after party
The International Perspective
Living in Berlin, you get used to being in rooms where five different languages are spoken before 9 AM. But seeing that diversity of thought applied to product challenges? That’s when things get interesting.
European PMs approach problems differently. We think in systems. We value process. We’re building for global markets from cities that understand complexity.
That showed up everywhere - in how we structured the workshops, in the questions people asked, in the solutions they proposed.
What’s Coming Next
This was year one. We’re already planning 2026, and the ideas are flowing:
→ More workshop tracks
→ International speaker on stage
→ Deep-dive sessions on frameworks that actually work
But first, we’re going to spend the next few months sharing what we learned. Every insight. Every framework. Every behind-the-scenes moment.

Because this community doesn’t stop when the cameras turn off 💚
With Love,
Daniele

📰 Product Leaders’ Wisdom
Brought to you weekly by Leila Montazeri
Why is “Product-Market Fit” not enough anymore? Brian Balfour argues that AI has broken the old growth playbook, and Product-Market Fit alone won’t get you to scale. His updated “Four Fits” framework reveals why you also need Product-Channel Fit, Channel-Model Fit, and Model-Market Fit all at once. A must-read for builders navigating the new AI terrain.
95% of AI projects fail to show ROI; here’s what the 5% are doing differently!
According to a new MIT report, most companies aren’t getting any measurable value from GenAI. This practical guide from what just happened in ai breaks down what’s holding the rest back, from unclear goals to broken workflows, and shows how the winners design AI-native processes, not just AI-enhanced ones.
You shipped 20 features but did any of them matter? David Pereira asks the uncomfortable question: How many of last year’s features does anyone still talk about? This post breaks down how PMs fall into the trap of noise over value and offers three clear moves to escape backlog hell and become a product leader execs can’t ignore.
